Celebrate the holy month of Ramadan at Fairmont Dubai offering Iftar feast in its all-day dining restaurant Cascades. This year, guests will be taken on a culinary journey through five cuisines. Inspired by the voyage of many famous Arabian travellers and explorers, Cascades restaurant is transformed into a traditional marketplace with kiosk stalls under the hotel’s atrium. With seven interactive kiosks and three live-cooking stations in addition to a mouth-watering Iftar buffet, guests can experience traditional Arabic cuisines from Lebanon, Turkey, Syria, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates.
Led by the Executive Chef Renald Epie and his team, guests will be treated to a taste of Ramadan with a daily rotating selection of over 20 freshly prepared salads, hot and cold meze, more than 15 Middle Eastern main courses including the oriental ouzi, mixed grill, shawarma, lamb tajine, saj and Umm Ali.
