1. Its difficult to make an appointment if youre using groupon voucher.
2. Inexperienced staff. They have done facial for me, no pressure and sticky massage while steam is on. After the horrible feeling, she asked me to wash my face, like why??? After the steam?? But i feel really sticky and creams left on my eyes nose and mouth so i wipe it off in the toilet.
3. Pedicure and manicure. I was so scared cuz the way the lady was holding and using the nipper is like a beginner like its her 1st time so i told her not to touch my ingrown but it seems she doesnt know how to remove too. Result, theres a lot of dead skin left at the side of the nails, and they are swelling.
