Wonderful staff and great service

The moroccan bath itself was nicely done, however there was no communication between the reception staff and the lady who does the moroccan bath. I booked and paid for the signature bath which includes a herbal body mask but did not receive that. The lady doing the bath said the receptionist told her it was a regular bath and the mask she was supposed to apply had to be done before, so she no longer could do it as she already scrubbed me... I was never offered the other half of the money back or even given an apology. When I finished the service I asked to speak to the Filipino manager and was told she is busy with a client and she would call me back. I didn't receive any call back from her and I called again the next day, left my name and number again and was once again told she is busy... Till date she has not called me.. Very unethical behavior and clearly ripping customers off... Why would I pay double for a service and not get what I paid for
