Available across the week, these yoga classes are designed to improve practitioners’ flexibility and core strength. Guests can opt for five 90-minute classes of Bikram yoga, featuring a set of postures performed in a room heated to a high temperature. Or, they could join in a one-hour class of express Bikram, featuring the same poses but performed at a more intense speed. The final option is for one-hour classes of hot vinyasa: a series of smoothly flowing poses, synchronized with the breath.
