Costume Availability on First Come First Serve Basis, Subject to availability.
The named hirer has the sole responsibility for the costume until the costume is returned.
To avoid disappointment, visit the store with your Groupon Voucher Print ahead of time as October is high-season.

Costumes need to be picked from the store and returned to the same location. No delivery available.
Strictly for rental only. Strictly 24-hour rental. Overtime fee is 100% of the rental cost.
Security Deposit of AED 500 applies which will be refunded upon return of Costume in spic n span condition. This can be paid through Cash or Credit / Debit Card.
No refunds will be issued once a costume has been booked, this includes cancellation of the function, for whatever reason.
If items are not returned or are returned damaged the Security Deposit will be non-refundable.
Reasonable wear to the costume(s) is to be expected and accepted. Damage is considered to have occurred by: tearing, burning, cutting, excessive make-up, removal of buttons, medallions, badges or other kinds of trim.
Articles which are lost or damaged by negligence while in your possession or by improper packing upon return will be charged at the replacement cost.
Any temporary alterations made to an item will need to be removed and restored to its original condition before you return the item back. Failure to do so will result in Security Deposit being non-refundable.
On receiving costumes, please check the costumes through for any damage that you would like to report. Before the costumes leave the shop premises, they are checked by a member of our staff. Any damage that they have missed must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the costumes.
If a costume has been booked and subsequently damaged by a third party before your hire date, we will offer a comparable replacement.See the rules that apply to all deals.
