The trip itself was ok. The driver was 30 minutes late and they didn't let me know, fortunately I contacted the company on the morning. During the trip I couldn't understand what the driver was saying due to his accent. He didn't wear a face mask and coughed & sneezed in the van, which was worrying esp as Covid-19 numbers are rising in Dubai.
We didn't do everything as advertised and no water was offered..but overally the experience was good
Jamil was a great tour guide. The tour started very late, considering that it was a far drive to Abu Dhabi. The bus was old and very dirty/
On time pick up.... friendly guides....
We met the coach at the marina mall. There were other people apart of the tour. Tour guide gave us lots of info. It was worth the money a lot took place. A great guide to knowing about Dubai. I enjoyed it

The only disappointment was the pick up points. We were expecting that there will be a maximum of 3 pick up points but it turned out that each group of customers will be picked up at their most convenient place.The bus started to pick up customers at 8:25 AM then went to various places to pick up passengers. At 9:40 AM the tour guide announced that all customers were picked up. However, at 10:00 AM again we stopped in Marina and picked up some customers. Again at 10:15 AM we stopped somewhere in Al Quoz and at 10:40 another stopped at Last Exit and some people get off. With all of these stops we waited 5 to 10 mins. So basically we spent almost 2 and a half hours just for picking up passengers. It would be better if they can just designate a centralized pick up points and the time that could've spent in waiting and picking up customers will be spent in the tours itself just like the Grand Mosque as we were allowed only 1.5 hrs which i believe is not enough because walking back and forth (from the tunnel going to the mosque and back) already took us half an hour or so. It would be better to extend the time in the tour itself so the customers will enjoy more of the tour rather than spending or should i say wasting more time in picking up the customers. I hope that the company will improve their pick up points system.
