Highly disappointed with their service. I was told the procedure will take atleast 45 mins. Upon reaching the venue for my appointment, I was told that the doctor is running late due to a road accident. When I was called in the consultation room, I had a quick chat with the doctor. Just before starting the procedure one of the machines was not working so they were trying to fix it. My procedure started around 12:35-40 and it was done by 1:05. I was told that stain removal through flow application is more effective but its only available to regular paying patients , not who has come through coupon.
