About Asia de Cuba
Opened in January 2015, Asia de Cuba can be found at the five-star St. Regis’ Abu Dhabi hotel on the Corniche. Designed by Ian Baylis, the venue encompasses a lounge, restaurant and beach deck, as well as an outdoor bar and cabanas with the views of the Arabian Gulf. Executive chef Luis Pous created a menu blending Asian and Latin flavours and featuring ceviche, small plates, salads and wok dishes, along with a selection of cocktails and cleansers.
