I was their client for over an year. Every month I went there, mostly was ok…ish ( somehow ), it was a very bad service for 2 times. First time I paid a full service after their acrylic got ruined after a 6 days, they didn’t do any service recover for their sh*tty work.
Second time was unacceptable. I did my acrylic on 26 April and 4 days later, 2 of my nails were completed broken. I had to do a whole drama for them to answer my calls and to book an appointment. They ignored my WhatsApp message and call till I texted them saying that I need to speak with your manager.Some staff has serious issues with their attitude. The place itself is clean and it could be an amazing place to go all the time, but the staff is making it terrible. Rude, chit chat, commenting with other girls about u when u ask them to do their job, ignoring what the client is requesting, either lazy work or rushy & painful.
The worst part was when I had an appointment and they told me to wait over 30 mins while they were enjoying their lunch, moreover they had the audacity to tell me with a harsh tone that I need to wait because they are having their lunch. I booked in a certain time, follow up with the schedule or don’t waste my time! Their attitude is disgusting. I’ve accepted too many things from those staff and without a doubt it was the last time going there. I don’t recommend this place, Service 5/10, Customer service 0/10, Quality 5/10.
