- Traditional experiences and drop-in workshop spaces are subject on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above.
- Digital or printed tickets must be validated at the museum’s Visitor Center.
- Purchased tickets will be activated on the day of the visit at the museum’s Visitor Center.
- Tickets offered from GroupOn are a day visit only to the museum.
- Tickets are transferable but not refundable. We don’t accept ticket cancellations and cash refunds.
