Its been a month I have been trying to contant merchant for appointment, but he is more in interested in direct cash customers rather than groupon voucher holders. He will ask you for voucher on whatsapp, redeam it but not give you appointment. So be carefull guys, better find someother company

Great service I am very satisfied with the job done . We did two cars with them we took the gold package . The manage is a very nice person . They did a great job and also mechanic work has be done on one of the cars. It’s really worth it to try abd the price is really good . The workshop it’s self is clean abd service being done in a very reasonable timing . Thank you shurash and the guys who did

Overpriced petrol station car wash. Seats looked like they were untouched. Gear lights stopped working and they blamed it on the car's age. Spare tyre was untouched. No attention to detail.

Greetings!
I would like to share my experience with others.
I had bought the platinum package which entails the FIVE step process using MEGUIARS product.
However, upon dropping off my car (black color) i grew suspicious regarding their claim of using MEGUIARS products ( which is a well known brand for car detailing).
Upon enquiring, the supervisor confirmed use of the brand as advertised in their package on GROUPON.
However, at delivery next day i found the work sub-optimal similar to car being steam washed.
Not even close to the result expected with a FIVE step process using MEGUIARS.
I demand to show me the products they use.
To my surprise, none of the products were meguiars and all of them turned out to be low quality products.
Disappointed, i confronted the owner DK Singh who has excuses in abundance promised to refund the amount.
However, till date hasnt refunded the amount and refuses to return calls.
This review doesnt allows to attach screenshots.
Otherwise i would be happy to provide evidence to my horrific experience.
Al meeraj auto repair is engaging in advertising fraud and using very low quality cheap car detailing products and not at all MEGUIARS.
Please BEWARE.

Overall, a great service with car detailing in 24h. My car was in mint condition when I picked it up.
The car replacement is a nice plus, but it wasn’t clean nor in great condition.

Had taken the platinum car detaling option and the service was done perfectly and the best thing that they are arranging for a replacement car as well when our vehicle in garage. No complaints on this workshop.
