About A La Saj
Founded in 2013 by Syrian entrepreneur Amr Houboubati, A La Saj is a homely sandwich shop designed to appeal to all tastes. Their range of 25 fusion sandwiches mix Levantine and international ingredients, made using a traditional saj: a domed grill. Guests can enjoy Syrian flatbread sandwiches and those from further afield, with available ingredients including cheese, hummus, falafel, bresaola, mushrooms, honey and Nutella.
