The Sky Easter Brunch begins 80 metres above the ground. Diners can enjoy a wide array of Mediterranean fare, where inspiration is drawn from the restaurant’s à la carte menu. A dedicated mezze and appetizer counter alongside gourmet savory-filled profiteroles are available. A selection of cold cuts, cheeses, raw seafood, Mediterranean appetizers and meat from the grill, featuring festival items, will also be served.
