Bad service
Im very disappointed with the grooming they cut my cat hair to small and her her lips while doing due to which i end up paying 150 to cover medical and grooming was in Ajman n end up taking for medical in Dubai so not only my baby got hurt also look ugly n sick and made me drive n cost more for this service… not happy never use it

Both appointments were a mess.
1st appointment. I ended up paying extra about 300aed cause i arrived and no dr is available even though appointment was confirmed the day before. Was only told to bring the passport. Wasnt told i had to bring cat food cause cat must be checked in for one day.
2nd appointment again confirmed the day before. We arrived 30 mins before 9am but closed. I waited 45 mins and left. Was told they changed tomings due to ramadan. They redeemed voucher without being used.
