Excellent Service, Sachit is a professional groomer, groomed my both cats splendidly well, did not have to tell anything, job well done. But from Management side, I wish they will take quick decesion to bring another groomer as 1 is just not enough, I had to spend nearly 2.5 hours, it would have been faster if they had another groomer.

They provided friendly customer service, and parking was available. The grooming done for my puppy was excellent. I look forward to returning, especially with the discount offered through Groupon. I am happy with the service.

I bought their groupon on 7th October and went on 8th October. I was devastated on seeing my pet after the grooming. They made her bleed in multiple places, - head, ears, paws. She is traumatized. I am going for all options available under law against this establishment.
