About Yoga Ashram

The team at Yoga Ashram organise a wide array of sessions designed to help people from all walks of life boost mindfulness and improve core strength. Budding trainees and experienced yogis are welcome alongside office employees and kids. The studio boasts spacious training halls with floor-to-ceiling windows, and can be found in the heart of Jumeirah Lake Towers.
