The cleaning is good but the booking staff and customer service lady is very unprofessional. They have been harassing me regarding a payment several times even though I have sent them the voucher. One time the cleaning was terrible and they just made excuses instead of trying to compensate.Their behaviour towards customers are unacceptable and I have had problems several times. Will never ever book them again. I’m done
