Service was good, after procedure was worst. I'm asking the in-charge how many months will be the warranty, but he kept ignoring me even how many times I message and call. He doesn't care about client/customer.

They are not answering messages and reschedule service for 2 weeks. Still haven't get the service. They asked for coupon and just redeemed it.

Thier Treatment is not effective at all. Merchant is not responding on calls or messages. I have asked Groupon for refund so can book alternate Merchant.

First they delayed us for more than a week,
Then lastly when they came and dud the pest control. We dont see any difference there are still cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen . Worst service ever.
