I purchased this sofa cleaning service through Groupon, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The machine used did not appear professional and was clearly ineffective compared to other sofa cleaning providers I have used in the past. The stains were not properly removed, and the overall result was far below an acceptable standard. After the service, I contacted the merchant multiple times to raise my concerns. I sent clear photos showing that the sofa had not been cleaned properly. Since then, the merchant has completely stopped responding to my calls and messages and has failed to provide any acknowledgment, explanation, or resolution. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the lack of support from Groupon, where it is nearly impossible to reach proper customer service. I would not recommend this service due to poor quality work and a complete lack of accountability and communication once payment has been made.

Sujika and ann came to my house for cleaning. Both were polite and efficient in their work. My house was full of dust after some repair work and both of them helped me get it back to it's clean state. Definitely recommend
