I booked a Sunday spa day for me and my mom. It was a great experience. I highly recommend it. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. I recommend getting a massage with Dewi and Aswaty. Get there early, and you can enjoy the suana, jacuzzi, and pool if you purchase the package with access.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend I initially purchased a beach access Groupon for my mom and me, and later decided to treat her to a massage as well. When I inquired at the spa about their Groupon offer for massages, they refused to accept the voucher, claiming it had to be booked 24 hours in advance, even though they were not busy at all. Instead, they suggested I pay a “discounted” price of 375 AED, which was 40 AED more expensive than the Groupon. Unfortunately, the massage experience was terrible. My mom didn’t enjoy it at all but, due to the language barrier, she couldn’t communicate her concerns. The oxygen which is part of Groupon offer, was not fine for her . Their customer service was poor, and it felt like they didn’t care about providing a good experience. Overall, I was very disappointed. Their attitude, service quality, and refusal to honor the Groupon left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
