The instructions in groupon was clear to book with the link they provided which I did. My booking was all confirmed. We woke up early since the pick up was early only to be told we are not booked in. We were on holiday and had no other dates available for an abu dhabi tour and a refund still has not been processed. Very disappointed.

I did not end up using the Groupon and this tour company has to be the worst I've experienced. I booked through the Groupon booking tool for 13 December. I also tried calling the tour company on 11 December to confirm my booking and they just don't answer the phone. I then Whatsapped them and only got a response late in the evening on 12 December and they requested copies of the Groupon, silence, no confirmation of a pickup from our hotel etc. Then the morning of 13 December I once again tried to contact the tour operator as they did not pitch based on booking times on the Groupon booking tool. They then responded that they tour will not be operating and I must go on a tour the next day! I declined this and indicated I will lodge a formal complaint with Groupon. Then two hours later miraculously the tour company wanted us to go on a tour starting at midday (original tour was supposed to be at 9am) to which I declined (as the tour would go way into the night).
