The service did not meet my expectations at all. There were A LOT of hidden charges, with no prior information provided about them. Even in the terms and conditions, nothing is mentioned about these charges.
Another issue is hygiene: Dr. Mahmud was using his phone in the operating room, which, as we all know, carries a lot of germs.
If you still decide to go there, Dr. Mona is alright, but Dr. Mahmud is very arrogant and rude. They also do not respect Groupon customers—the treatment is noticeably different if you come with a Groupon.
