If possible I would have given them 0 stars
We had horrible experience at this place. Our Labrador went for normal grooming. He came back with his paw pads cut, bleeding and shaved so badly that they were red and tender and he was not able to walk.
He looked traumatized and developed fever as well. Called paws and whiskers. The guy said to send the pictures and he will talk to the groomer Sent pics still twice no reply from them. When called Just keep on saying I’ll check but no response.
They are not bothered about the pet . Very very unprofessional
