I have heard before that they lie to you on multiple things but got the experience first hand.
If you are not transparent to the other person then it takes away every good whatever you might be doing.
They lied straight on my face when I asked if my car is washed, they garage guy said YES, then I asked same to the reception person and he said YES, I reconfirmed and he said YES again. I went to the car and came back to the person to tell him the car is not washed and he said yes we have shortage of water thus we couldn't do it. But this is what you could have told me in the first place and I wouldn't mind at all as I came for Oil change not car wash but due to your lie I would even doubt the oil service you did.

We are sorry that you're unhappy with your experience at our service center. We take our client feedback seriously, & mostly the negative one so we take that as a learning & make room for improvements. It was our service advisor's mistake that he didn't check with the washing team and give you his word that the car was washed. Usually, we wash each car after service, but in this instance, we faced a water shortage at that moment. For the past few days, the Dewa team has been working on water line repairs, & they informed that the water supply may stop often. We're happy to give you one full interior detailing worth (450 aed) to compenate this experience, & this all happened only due to a lack of communication. We're sorry again & will take care of it from here. Regarding other stuff, you're welcome to take your car to us or any other service center to ensure all the parts we promised in the (minor service) have been changed. Mostly, people coming via groupon they're happy with our service, & in most cases, we offer more than what we promise on Groupon just to make customers happy to a level above. Took about 3 hours, so suggest you drop-of & pick-up later. Nice team and very polite, and certainly seem to know what they are doing.
