I had a terrible experience at this salon. Despite booking a manicure, I had to go back twice because the woman didn't do it properly. they postponed my pedicure, prioritizing someone else because I used a Groupon. When I tried to reschedule and called them, they promised to call back but never did. They ignored my WhatsApp messages, but when my friend called, they answered. They only validated my coupon for the manicure. This is unacceptable service. If you don't want to honor Groupons, don't advertise on Groupon. I'll be complaining to Groupon about this experience. Treat your customers better next time! Never again!

Horrible salon from staff to service. The lady amira for hair was a real disaster. After washing my hair she litteraly took me to the seat without towel and dried my hair and told me that was the end of the service because of groupon no REAL BLOwDRy. Please dont go there. Its litterally a cheap salon and using groupon to attract mew customer but the level is a disaster. Pure joke.
