The person who responded on the mobile number provided for booking is not starightforward and doesn't respect his reservation. I booked on 12/2 from 7 pm to 8pm and I told him I'm coming from RAK with 3 families. Firstly he made me suffer for more than a week until he responded to my query and finally reserve the required time. Then on the day of booking he sending me a message over whatsapp before my time 2- 3 hours only saying that the appointment is changed for 1 hour earlier where it was very tough to acomodate while it was raining on the road. He gave me a tough time to convince him to keep my original time booking but he was not responding for my calls and insist that this what he can do. After long conversations through the whatsapp he gave my my original timing but he give smaller boat and it was not what I paid for (Ibooked for majesty boat but he gave smaller one). Definetely, will never book thorugh Laama yacht again specially with this guy.
