So glad to come across this place on Groupon! Got Moroccan hammam and relaxation massage. The place is nice and clean, the staff makes you feel welcome comfortable. It was an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend Sarah.

The owner is a stupid lady who shouted at the my kid. Never recommend to anyone. Products are third class as that lady Alka too. That salong should be closed.

I went to the salon on a Wednesday afternoon to book my appointment for Saturday, the owner asked me to show her the prices I have paid for the service as I paid for classic manicure and pedicure for my daughter and gelish for myself. Saturday afternoon she called me to change my appointment and to come two hours earlier, I told her I can’t as am out and won’t be able to reach at this time. When I arrived with my daughter she was so rude, my daughter had one lady for the service and I had two but then after 10 minutes one of the ladies had to go because she had other appointment, then she had to move my daughter from the pedicure chai for another client and let the lady who is attending my daughter to attend the other client so I have asked the lady who was attending me to attend my daughter and finish the service for her first. Then whenever I choose a gelish color the owner would say it’s not included in the package and that I don’t understand and finally after more than two hours to finish as they would attend other clients while attending me, she told me that having my feet in the water for the pedicure wasn’t included in the package which was really frustrating as I told her it’s my first time to here about a pedicure service without soaking your feet in the water, then she let me pay for the color I chose as upon her not included and she told me that she won’t let me pay for soaking my feet in the water. Very bad service and rude manager. I don’t understand why is the salon on Groupon if she is treating the customers like that.
