Very good restaurant - worth the value. Hisaya was not very busy on this Saturday but I was the only European and the attendance was mainly Japanese families. Guess this is telling more about the quality of the restaurant than my own comments. The service was very good. Don’t expect to visit a 5* Michelin restaurant but u ll visit a 5* Japanese family s cuisine. Will come back sooner than later
