I gifted the experience to a friend (they went for a couple massage). They swear that it was the best massage experience they have had in Dubai, I double checked and they keep saying it was by far the best

My massage was amazing! Beni did a fabulous job! The sauna & steam room are unavailable at the moment due to renovations but I went to the pool and enjoyed more relaxation. The food is good at the pool as well along with the service.

Another amazing experience at Flow Spa. I love this place. My masseuse was amazing & loved the steam room/sauna as well. Very peaceful.

By mistake i book 30mins massage, but It was nice experience and staff are all nice people and hospitable…i’ll sure come back for 60mins massage. 🥰

The massage was good, but although I’ve got a voucher for 90 minutes, the masseuse finished after 75 minutes. When I told her about this, she just kept silent and left.

Very old facilities, dirty, hammam chairs are plastic and not clean, only one toilet and like 4 showers… nonsense. Jacuzzi area was not working.
No rest relaxing area, nor even a chair to drink the after-treatment tea…
Massage was ok, no personal requirements were asked, and at the reception noone asked the feedback how it all went and if I was happy with the service.
Disappointing experience.
