The Spa was very dirty. nothing was in working order. I called asking that I want to buy the voucher to use the facilities and the pool. they didn't inform me that the facilities (being the sauna and steam) are not working.
and please be warned that the pictures are very deceiving and the pool is not the pool that they show in the photos. the pool was extremely dirty and unkept.
the massage was extremely unprofessional. they hadnt had the room ready and they were setting up the massage bed infront of me and used johnsons baby oil.
this was not a 4* experience. i would at max give this a 2*, being generous. and when i complained to the staff they just ignored me and turned to each other and started talking between themselves.
waste of money and time
