Maid was late by 1 hour (I have already planned my day and this fact cause me issues with the following), then when it comes to cleaning the lady got angry when I asked her to clean floor properly using rag and own hands, not a stick. She got nervous and raised her voice. Then whatever she was doing she did it with anger, tossed things and I was worried that something might be broken
