I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received today, November 18th, during my scheduled appointment.
Before booking, I contacted the reception staff through WhatsApp to confirm whether the blackheads on my face would be removed during the Hydrafacial session. I was clearly informed that they would be removed.
Upon arriving today, I had a consultation with Dr. who also confirmed that the blackheads would be removed as part of the treatment. However, when the facial started, I was told that the blackheads could not be removed and that I should wait three days and then use a hair-removal strip on my face. I found this suggestion unreasonable and surprising, especially considering that I came to your center specifically because you specialize in dermatology.
Removing blackheads is a simple procedure that can be done even at basic skincare centers by skincare specialists—not necessarily a doctor. I expected that a dermatologist would be able to perform this easily and professionally. Unfortunately, my time was wasted, and I did not notice any improvement in my skin after the session.
Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the amount I paid, as the service provided did not match what was promised. I also would not like to return for any future treatments at your center.
