This experience was very disappointing. Not as advertised at all. Was advertised as a traditional night and described as a tranquil and serene evening ideal for romantic evening out. What we got was a modern plastic boat with communal tables, included soft drinks was actually one bottle of water and one small plastic glass of watered down orange. The whole trip the music was so loud you couldn’t talk amongst yourselves. And the music was mostly rap and even included very explicit songs and one Christmas song, not really appropriate in September. The staff were rude and only interacted with guest when trying to sell extras to get more money. We were not welcomed onboard and at the end of the trip we were not thanked or given any Dubai. The trip itself is very picturesque however, we left 30 mins late with no explanation and we’re back off the dock after only 1 hour and 15 minutes where we remained for 15 minutes before berthing. Definitely not two hours. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend and will not book anything further with this company.
