Nice place but no sign boards! Staff was pretty quick!

The salon was empty apart from myself and the 2 salon assistants. The services were fine but there was no buzz from the salon, the music was too low, no one really spoke much to me. I tried to instigate conversation but only chat was about my wanting the absolute minimum of my hair trimmed and the other assistant asked me where I was from. When the hairdresser was washing my hair she was on the phone and laughing away!!!!! Yet she couldn't be bothered to talk to me much or smile. She heard me coughing and offered me a small water bottle which was nice and she gave me a hair mask instead of a conditioner. I did tip but it wasn't the worse place I've been to but it wasn't somewhere I would rush back to. The vibe needs to change and the staff need to be more friendly.

Very bad service the staff and the lady who did my nails did it very badly the classic nail polish was too cheap quality as we used Groupon voucher they have different treatment and when i told them to fix it they refused and the lady at reception has no manners to deal with clients never gonna come back or recommend it to anyone
