What a hidden gem. By far the best spa I have been to in my ten years in Dubai. The staff are fabulous, services perfect, and the place is so clean and well maintained. I already bought two more packages. I took my mummy as a treat and she absolutely loved it so anyone with visitors, take them here!

My second time visiting Cleopatra’s spa and my experience was just as amazing as the first. Treatments were very good and facilities were excellent. The entire spa and surroundings including outside pool area is really clean. Well done and thank you to all the staff who do their best and make you feel very special.

Incredible experience, the facilities and staff were wonderful. Massage was out of this world and the little touches like towels, tea, fruits, robes, blankets and heat pads were so appreciated and elevated the whole experience. Slight note is that the ladies steam room was out of order, and I wasn’t notified of this; the plunge pool needs to be cleaned as few small things floating in there, and the showers are very temperamental in terms of temperature. But don’t let that put you off - this salon is a cut above the rest!
