Blue Orange prepares diverse buffets for guests in various themes. Live cooking stations let diners watch as meals are whipped up, including seafood barbecues with oysters and lobsters. The restaurant serves up an array of breakfasts, burgers and pizzas, as well as superfoods such as swordfish and avocado salads. A la carte main courses include steak, mixed grill and curry options, and desserts feature ice cream and cheese. On Fridays, Blue Orange puts on the Bubbalicious brunch featuring more than ten live cooking stations, entertainment from a live band, a petting zoo and kids corner. The eatery is nestled within the five star Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina on Jumeirah Beach. The hotel's facilities include a gym, spa, event venues such as an outside amphitheatre, and ten restaurants and bars.
