Bonjour, l'organisation était catastrophique, le rdv était fixé à 8h30, j'ai appelé le matin la personne de l'agence car personne au rdv, elle ne trouvait pas mon nom, difficile de se comprendre, puis finalement m'a demandé de changer la date alors que nous nous étions levé à 7h du matin avec 5 enfants, finalement elle m'a dit qu'il y avait un accident sur la route et qu'il serait en retard. Enfin il est arrivé à 10h15, puis nous a amené à un autre chauffeur... nous sommes arrivés à Abu Dhabi à 12h30 ! Heureusement que tout s'est bien déroulé avec le guide.
Bref pas très contente de cette achat. En même temps pour le prix il ne fallait pas s'attendre à mieux !

Amazing trip! The driver Kishor is amazing! We had a lot of fun with him and during the trip he was explaining all the different things we were seeing along the way. Everything super nice!

Fair deal for money. Tour locations are brief but educative. Its perfect for the 1st day of a trip in dubai so you know where to visit privately. You only get 2 out of 6 options for the Aquarium and zoo, you need to pay more to access all 6. Generally good value for money.
However, Shops you are taken to are also about 75% more expensive than the normal prices in the city. So when haggling for reduction, you should start off with 50% off initial price mentioned.
