Root color was not matched to my hair color and hence ended up with a lighter color than was suited, which couldn’t be corrected either as redoing would mean damage. Although the hairstylist claimed years of expertise, it was first of a kind hair color failure I have ever experienced!

Do not book them for hair services.
Even if this salon offered a free service, I wouldn’t return. I felt treated differently for booking through Groupon, unprofessional staff. I went for a root touch-up on my warm copper brown hair; the stylist said the exact shade wasn’t possible without bleach and suggested blending. The result was darker, duller, cooler, uneven, and rushed, with a rough wash.

First we would like to emphasize that we treat all our clients with the same proffessional way, and as a proof of this we have many Groupon clients that they are regular now in our Salon and coming for all services.
You have said it yourself, the technician explained clearly that your shade cannot be acheived without bleach and yet, you decided to continue and accept the result as it is, which was nice by the way.
Secondly, you had done hair service only, and no other staff dealt with you except hair technician so I am not sure how you found all our staff unproffessional!!!
