This is my second experience with American aesthetic medical centre. I had a dental hygiene appointment. The staff were very kind and polite, and the dentist was a highly professional. Best medical service in Dubai!

Had to wait a bit before it was our appointment. Teeth cleaning took about 15 minutes only. Teeth feel okay.

I went there to get my tooth cleaned with stain removal and I paid the amount for it as mentioned in the add however they charged me more 75dhs extra as apparently it needed some extra care !! I will not go again.

Take care as they will try to manipulate you, I went there twice . the first time it was for scaling and cleaning . then she said ahhh you bought a voucher for normal scaling and you need a deep one and she charged me extra 150 AED plus the voucher. I did not give any attention to this and she told us your daughter needs filling . I bought another voucher second day for 4 fillings with X ray. whenever we reached there she said ahhh this is for cosmetic filling not treatment filling and here I realized the scam technique as there is no x ray for the cosmetic filling and she wants us to pay extra 500 AED with the voucher of 518. I asked one of my dentist colleagues. I am a doctor by the way he told me that there is no X ray for cosmetic filling which I totally know so take care the voucher is a bait احذر لأنهم سيحاولون التلاعب بك ، ذهبت إلى هناك مرتين . في المرة الأولى كانت للتحجيم والتنظيف. ثم قالت آه ، لقد اشتريت قسيمة للتنظيف العادي وتحتاج إلى قسيمة للتنظيف العميق وفرضت مني 150 درهما إماراتيا إضافيا بالإضافة إلى القسيمة. لم أعير أي اهتمام لهذا وأخبرتنا أن ابنتك تحتاج إلى حشو ضروس علاجي. اشتريت قسيمة أخرى في اليوم الثاني ل 4 حشوات بالأشعة السينية. كلما وصلنا إلى هناك قالت آه هذا للحشو التجميلي وليس الحشو العلاجي وهنا أدركت تقنية الاحتيال حيث لا توجد أشعة سينية للحشوة التجميلية وتريد منا أن ندفع 500 درهم إماراتي إضافية مع قسيمة 518. سألت أحد زملائي طبيب الأسنان. (أنا طبيب بالمناسبة أخبرني أنه لا توجد أشعة سينية للحشو التجميلي الذي أعرفه تماما لذا احرص على أن القسيمة هي طعم

Had to wait 50 min, no parking help, no proactive communication, cleaning took only 20 min. I would not go there again.
