About AMAZON TRAVEL & TOURISM L.L.C

Al Faris Floating Restaurant was established in 2005 as a division of Amazon Travel and Tourism. It is one of the first contemporary glass-enclosed dhows made to offer panoramic views, lavish meals and captivating entertainment. The dhow combines unobstructed views on the lower deck with alfresco dining on the upper deck. The journey of Al Faris began at the historic Creek, and she is now berthed at the Dubai Festival City mall, next to the IMAGINE show, operating dinner and sundowner cruises as well as corporate and tailor-made personalised charters.

Staff were friendly and the boat was nice. The 1 hr trip does not take you to the Burj, but still a nice little cruise on water.

Super. Wir waren ganz alleine auf dem Boot und das Team hat sich im uns gesorgt und alles gezeigt. Bestes Ergebnis. Dankeschön. Boot war sauber und die Getränke kalt. Perfekt!!!

The service was above average, the staff was kind and helpful. They allow me to connect my phone to the bluetooth loud speaker, and they allow my son to drive the boat (Abra) and I really appreciate that In contrast, the boat (Abra) was old, the landmark spots written in the tickets was not clear, the audio guide sound volume was low and there was no refreshments served (except small bottles water)
