This was by far the worst experience I have had in my eight years living in the UAE. The level of unprofessionalism, deception, and negligence from this company is absolutely unacceptable, They should be reported to Dubai Police, have their license revoked, and be heavily penalized for endangering customers and violating basic safety standards.
