Unfortunately the communication with the staff is difficult. They are not well informed and confirmed a massage which I was told upon arrival at the spa I could not avail with the groupon voucher, eventhough I asked before booking. Better to take your own robe an towel, as it was a challenge to get one from the hotel.

I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I’ve tried other massages but none compare to Zayna. It is worth it!

1/The place where clean & quiet. 2/ Massage is nice but very expensive should be less than this . 3/ No spa access ( but in the offer mentioned that it’s included). 4/I like the drink ( tea with ginger & honey) served after massage .
