Very bad company, had worse experience since the beginning, was booked for 10am and they arrived one hour later, zero communication with the person on WhatsApp, didn’t even apologize for that and telling me to check on driver by myself. The last who came to clean didn’t do a good job either, I had to tell her to do the stuff again because it wasn’t properly cleaned, the apt itself wasn’t even dirty, and has small space so she didn’t need to do a lot and yet she was doing it for 3h , to clean one bedroom, living room and kitchen. Ironing was included as well and I told her to do it in the end and prepared everything but she was very slowly and didn’t even do that . When I text the company they tell me to teach her how to do it. I’m sorry but I’m ordering professional from the cleaning company and expect her to know how to do it and not tell her to repeat and not to clean again after her. Experience very bad and not recommended. No apologies , no service recovery done. Many times I called on the phone and no one answers even
