This is my first to avail their service and I am not happy. The one who did my hair needs to be trained well in washing the hair. The collar of my dress was mostly wet with water. Primarily, I am not happy with the output of the haircolour. I want it light but it turned out to be dark. Preference must be on customers mainly. It could have been better if all the stylist can talk in international language which is English to avoid confusion in any instructions given. Thank you. I had a horrible experience because of Amore, the branch manager and receptionist in the Dalma mall branch. She nagged her way to spamming my WhatsApp with endless messages expecting a response from me even though I already sent her my Groupon voucher on WhatsApp and was driving on my way to my appointment. She was also calling my phone, sending me messages that if I didn’t come to my appointment on time, she would redeem my Groupon voucher. It is disgusting customer service and I do not recommend this branch whatsoever. Despite all my experiences with salons where we’re meant to go and relax, I’ve never come across a worker like this. Additionally most of their workers have an aggressive sales approach on top of that. On one occasion I was encouraged to do hot oil for my hair and yet the machine wasn’t working. The hair technician had to manually put hot towels on my hair every once in a while. It was ineffective as it didn’t do anything for my hair and honestly it was a waste of money. I have been a consistent client of the staff in Yas Mall and it has been a peaceful experience with them however, with the Dalma mall staff, I always encounter some level of attitude and drama. If I was the problem I would’ve had issues with other workers but this is my first ever encounter where I really snapped, I was angry and frustrated because of Amore’s attitude and way of handling and dealing with the situation. She has poor emotional intelligence which makes her unfit for customer service. I gave her everything she asked for (Groupon voucher) but on top of that she felt the need to threaten that if I didn’t come within 15 minutes of appointment, my voucher would be redeemed. (my appointment was at 3pm and I came at 3:11pm before my 15 minute mark elapsed). What type of discriminative treatment is this just because I am using Groupon? There wasn't even a client waiting to do their hair before or after I came. I do not recommend this branch AT ALL.

The blowdry and hair cut were done very nicely, i visited yas mall and muroor branches.

I will come back cuz the staff umahima very professional she is excellent and i will recommended her to all my friends and family

The worst service ever in Dalma Mall, the lady there giving negative comments about your body. How could she shaming me about my body. And the management ignore my complaint. Shame on them for this

Very Professional especially Umaimah who did the blow dry and wash.I recommend the place as the location is convenient and appointmentsareeasy to get.Definitely will come back.
