This is honestly the WORST hair salon I’ve ever been. I made an appointment for hair wash, cut and blow dry. But still I had to wait for half an hour after I arrived on time. The hairdresser who washed my hair and gave me the haircut was like she had no training at all. She got water in my ears and face. Her nails scratched my face so many times! I specifically asked her to make sure my hair bang is long enough to cover my eyebrows but she cut it too short on the first cut. The worst part was when the hairdresser was drying my hair, my hair sucked into the hair drier multiple times! It really hurt. I couldn’t stand it anymore. I left with my hair half damp. The hairdresser is unbelievable. I doubt if she had any training before. DON’T COME TO THIS SALON!!! Such a nightmare!

I gifted this voucher to my wife for our anniversary, hoping to treat her to a relaxing beauty experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst salon we've ever visited. The voucher was for makeup and hairstyling, but they had neither a makeup artist nor a hairstylist available. It was a complete waste of money with no value whatsoever. To make matters worse, the staff's attitude was appalling. My wife, while feeding our 4-month-old baby, repeatedly asked Ms. Zoya for a glass of water as she was feeling thirsty. Despite asking several times, Ms. Zoya blatantly ignored her. The staff's rude body language and dismissive behavior towards customers were completely unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone purchase this voucher, and I will be reporting this incident to Groupon's higher authorities.
