NO SERVICE AND ASKING MONEY FOR BIKE RIDING

I thought I was getting a good deal since the price was cheaper than usual but I just got a cheap desert safari experience. There is nothing authentic about the experience. We got the option of a private pickup. We spend 3 hours driving through the whole Abu Dhabi Emirate to pick up people and we arrived a little bit before the sunset (basically missing the time to enjoy it). The camp was right at the road. You don't get to the camp by dune bashing as with other desert safari companies. The dune bashing was the only good thing as the driver was crazy and fun but since it was so short I can't give more than 1 star just for it. Once you get to the camp they start upselling you everything. Shot with falcon, quadbikes, everything. The only included thing was a short camel ride. I did the mistake to take a quad bike. 100dhs for 20mins inside a small area with a broken quad bike that was barely moving. After 5 mins I got off and decided not to do it until the end. When you get to the camp you have the option to either sit on the regular spaces or in the VIP area where you sit in a couch and you get the food delivered to you instead of taking it yourself. What a joke. Camp was almost empty, there was nothing to do (except included henna - 10mins) for 1-1:30 hours until the dances started. Sound was terrible. After the first dance they gave the food and only to the VIP area. What a joke! Everyone had to watch them eat while nothing was happening! After the second dance they allowed us to go and have some food. The food was Indian, mostly vegetarian. You get only 1 small piece of chicken. The food wasn't that bad but the whole experience of how little they give was disappointing. The whole time you get people coming to you and selling you something - photos, souvenirs, food or drinks (that were not included in the price). It was annoying to be bothered all the time. I do not recommend. Pay more and have a much better desert safari experience with a different company.
